We have strengthened our manufacturing capabilities with the investment in a new, larger Wave Soldering Machine at Wilson Process Systems.
The new machine replaces our previous system and provides a considerably larger soldering area, giving us greater capacity to accommodate increased production volumes and a wider range of conventional PCB assemblies.
An enhanced pre-heating system also supports improved throughput by preparing assemblies more efficiently before soldering. This will help us process higher volumes while maintaining the consistent quality and reliability our customers expect.
The investment has been driven by growing demand for our wave soldering services and an increase in conventional assembly requirements. Upgrading our equipment ensures we have the capacity and capability needed to support both existing and future customer programmes.
By increasing production capacity and improving the efficiency of our wave soldering process, we can continue to meet demanding delivery schedules without compromising on quality.
This latest investment forms part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening our manufacturing facilities and ensuring we remain well-equipped to support our customers as their requirements develop.
