The Engineering Design Show has been showcasing the very best of mechanical, electronics and embedded design for over a decade.

Returning in October, it is THE show for design engineers who are looking for direct access to the latest products, services, and innovations available to the sector. Visitors can explore hundreds of UK and international suppliers and thousands of the latest products and innovations. Alongside the exhibition, there will be a free-to-attend conference and workshops, providing topical content on the challenges, pain points and opportunities for the engineering sector.

Where the Northeast manufacturing landscape comes together to meet, learn and grow.

Located in Newcastle, at the heart of Northern England’s industrial landscape, Manufacturing, and Engineering North East (MENE) is the must-attend event in the region. Following our successful relaunch in 2023, MENE has established itself as a cornerstone event in the industry calendar.

This year, we’re building on that success, with the introduction of lots of new features including the all-new our “careers corner” and expanded live product demonstration programme. More announcements are coming soon so be sure to keep an eye out!

Southern Manufacturing & Electronics is without doubt one of the most important and popular engineering shows in the UK calendar. From modest beginnings as a regional event, it has evolved into a fully-fledged national show, with increasing influence across continental Europe and further afield. In 2018, the event entered its third decade with a move into its new permanent home, the £35m Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre development, a 20,000m² complex offering world-class facilities, easy access and free onsite parking.

With its trademark diversity of suppliers, Southern Manufacturing and Electronics is an event that rises above any particular sector of the engineering industry. It is certainly an event important enough to attract big name manufacturers, but it’s also an extremely accessible show for the rich eco-system of engineering SMEs operating across the UK, and increasingly, continental Europe too. As well as giving the show its unique character, it also makes it one of the most effective shows for addressing multiple sourcing issues in a very time-efficient way.
